Tracy spent 11 years in Facilities Management in various service provider roles ranging from Commercial Manager to Business Development, culminating in a role as General Manager of Facilities Management for Broadspectrum. More recently Tracy has been working client side as the Director of Strategic Programmes for Defence Estate and Infrastructure within the New Zealand Defence Force, she has recently accepted a secondment with NZDF and is leading a project team seeking to rethink and define the next iteration of NZDF FM contracts.
