Our history starts in 1979 where we manufactured speakers for a North American speaker brand for distribution in the New Zealand and Australian markets. Following this in 1983 we were appointed as the sole distributor for Yamaha Hi Fi products and to this day we are proud to continue to represent them in the New Zealand market. During this time we have expanded our portfolio to include market-leading brands that service Car Audio, Custom Installation and other Hi Fi and Home Theatre products.

Blustream Multicast Released ! (Video Over IP)

Blustream raced onto the NZ scene for HDMI distribution back in late 2014. Since then the brand has quickly established itself with a market leading offering of HDMI and HDBaseT distribution solutions. Facilities Integrate is now providing the platform for Blustream to showcase their new Multicast UHD video over IP solutions. The market for video over IP is growing rapidly and with technological advancements making the solution more and more viable this growth is set to continue. Multicast will deliver virtually latency free distribution of HDMI video over a 1GB Network switch. Using lossless compression technology, Multicast delivers HDMI, Bi-directional IR and RS-232 up to lengths of 100m over a single CAT cable & all POH ready. Its clear the Sound Group team is excited by the launch of the Blustream Multicast to NZ.
