Dan is a residential building and development professional with experience across multiple sectors of the NZ and UK residential building industry, including construction, supply chain, consultancy, and development planning/execution.
With a focus on volume residential building and development, Dan’s 2-IC role as Commercial Manager for Hero International has seen the business grow to one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned residential building companies, delivering hundreds of affordable houses under the Kiwibuild scheme and branching into increasingly intensive build methodologies to help New Zealand meet its changing housing needs.
Dan and the Hero International team believe their future focus and understanding of successful international build precedence has allowed them to innovate housing development and delivery within New Zealand, offering a different, vertically integrated building and development model.
