"Jack has an extensive background in Facility & Asset Management (FM/AM), Procurement and Corporate Real Estate in the Netherlands and has worked in the last 18 years for some large property portfolio organisations such as Westfield, Excell Corporation, Westpac New Zealand and KiwiRail. In 2015, Jack started as director for PRISMA Facilities Management. PRISMA provides facility & asset management, procurement and corporate real estate business consultancy. Since March 2015 he has operated as an acting Associate Director and FM Transformation Project Manager at Auckland University of Technology, acting FM manager at Waikato University, acting National FM at Fisher & Paykel Global to name a few. Jack is passionate on how the built environment and workplace services can support business success by not only providing a fit for purpose FM operating model but also on how a more strategic approach can support growth, margin, cost management and a more fun place to work!
His business consultancy ranges from the set-up of an outsourced Helpdesk and hybrid management model of in-house FM management and the support of an FM integrator for specific services, Health $ Safety and Risk Assessment. Jack also advises companies on business analysis and improvement strategies and has an extensive background in Procurement, FM and AM reviews, developing Asset management Plans & maintenance plans as well as (technical) building services reviews. With his extensive FM experience he has undertaken many asset condition assessments and provided Asset Management Plans and strategies to a wide range of organisations in New Zealand and overseas."
