Graeme Christie

Graeme advises clients who own, manage, and build stadia, shopping malls, significant infrastructure, and commercial buildings on a wide range of building-related issues. He has considerable experience working with the HSE Act, having successfully defended a number of prosecutions involving fatalities, and appeared in coroners' hearings. Graeme also assists clients with building-related negotiated settlements, mediation, arbitration, adjudication, and litigation.

Graeme will also share with participants his key learnings from 25 years of practice in the HSE, building management, and construction space.
