Peter Harris
Peter has over 25 years' experience in the fields of property, asset governance, facilities management, and construction and development advisory, recently specialising in capital asset management / governance and 'whole life' / BIM advisory.
He is a Director with 20 years’ experience working in governance, strategy, management, change leadership, business project and process delivery. As well as being a board member of FMANZ and Chair of the FMANZ Foundation, Peter is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, a Chartered Building Surveyor and a member of the RICS Oceania World Regional Board.
Peter has developed governance dashboarding for the world's largest dairy co-operative, Fonterra, and is Chairman of the Hurunui Water Project. He has evaluated ISO AS/NZ Standards and is an advisor to a range of privately held and public entities.
